چکیده
Introduction. Aggressive B-cell lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of diseases with various clinical, patohistological, genetic characteristics and variety treatment outcomes. Diffuse large lymphoma is the most common in European countries, some recognized as specifically aggressive, providing non-adequate response to standard (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone). High-grade B-lymphomas. One consists those which carriers c-myc, bcl-2 or bcl-6 rearrangement established by Fluorescence situ hybridization, called high grade B lymphomas, can be double hit triple hit. The other blastoid morphology, not bcl- 6 Not Otherwise Specified. This carrier single myc mutation 45% cases, 15% patients, an additional analysis gene expression profiling indicates presence sig+. Extranodal localization Central Nervous System involvement frequently reported. Clinical staging disease progression along risk assessment means IPI scores aaIPI patients high-grade Diagnostic procedures during clinical interview, physical examination, laboratory analyses diagnostic procedures. Blymphomas treatment. Studies indicate more intensive induction chemotherapy including central nervous system prophylaxis for these patients. Conclusion. question how choose effective therapeutic strategy still open at this moment, examinations focused on research molecular mechanisms lymphomagenesis.

High Grade B- Cell Non- Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Arising in a Mature Cystic Teratoma of the Ovary: A Case Report
Mature cystic teratoma (MCT) is the most common type of ovarian germ cell tumor occurring in females of reproductive age. It is typically benign, but rare malignant transformations have been reported in 1-2% of the cases. Among a wide variety of malignancies arising in MCTs, high grade lymphomas are the least common. We present a case of a 45- years -old female with a unilateral adnexal ma...

The adult high-grade B-cell lymphomas sharing molecular features with Burkitt lymphoma (BL) are highly aggressive lymphomas with poor clinical outcome. High-resolution structural and functional genomic analysis of adult Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and high-grade B-cell lymphoma with BL gene signature (adult-molecularly defined BL [mBL]) revealed the MYC-ARF-p53 axis as the primary deregulated pathway...
متن کاملHISTIOCYTE-RICH B-CELL LYMPHOMA: A CASE REPORT OF A RARE VARIANT OF DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA
The authors describe a case of histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma (HR-BCL), a variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in a 51-year-old man. The patient presented with large axillary lymphadenopathy. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination of lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse effacement of the lymph node architecture by reactive histiocytes and neoplastic CD20 positive B cells. ...
متن کاملGenetic aberrations common in gastric high-grade large B-cell lymphoma.
Genetic aberrations associated with the development of extranodal high-grade large B-cell lymphoma originating in the stomach have not been fully identified yet. We analyzed 31 such lymphomas using 73 microsatellite markers for allelic imbalance and microsatellite instability. The highest frequency (42%) of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) was found on the long arm of chromosome 6. We identified 2 ...
